Sitting Volleyball
Sitting volleyball plays very similar to stand-up volleyball, but players sit on the floor and use a 3ft-high net. One of the perks of sitting volleyball is that both able-bodied people and those with amputees can play this game, so ASNW athletes are welcome to bring friends and family members to engage in the sport together.

Who Can Participate
We welcome athletes ages 13 and older. No experience or physical impairment is needed to play. We’ve had beginners as well as highly competitive players of all ages. It’s a ton of fun, and we’re looking forward to seeing this group grow.
Athletes must be able to follow sequential commands. All ages are welcome. Athletes need to be members of ASNW to participate in our sports programming.
